• You believe you paid but did not get access to your subscription

Contacting your credit card company can result in chargebacks and additional fees that cost everyone time and money.

If you do contact your credit card company WITHOUT contacting us FIRST and trying to resolve the situation, we reserve the right to terminate your subscription.
