Remove Your Email Address

 If you have any difficulties with XPlaneUpdate launching, please follow these steps:
  1. Go to Applications/Utilities/Terminal and double-click on the terminal application

  2. When the terminal window opens, type:

    java -version[enter]

    You should see something like this:

    [tib800:~] dspotts% java -version
    java version "1.4.1_01"
    Java(TM) 2 Runtime Environment, Standard Edition (build 1.4.1_01-39)
    Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM (build 1.4.1_01-14, mixed mode)

  3. If you don't have Java 1.4.1, run Software Update (System Preferences) and download/install Java 1.4.1
