If you have problems with your subscription/payment, you may want to use this page to check on the status and expiration of your subscription/payment.

Copy/paste your transaction ID (also your paypal item number) below, and when you hit submit, you will see the status of your subscription, including approximately the date/time that it expires.

You will see something like this:

STATUS=SUBSCR_SIGNUP
EXPIRES=10/03/2004, 04:42:34 GMT

Your transaction id should be something like:

joeblow@somedomain.com_1064310624572

If you do not have your transaction ID / item number, you can have it emailed to you at your signup email address from here.

Status codes of SUBSCR_PAYMENT or SUBSCR_SIGNUP or WEB_ACCEPT mean your subscription/payment is active, and the EXPIRES= date is approximately when your XPlaneUpdate subscription/payment is valid until.
