1. A subscription may only be used on 2 of your OWN computers, one with Macintosh X-System 7, the other with Windows X-System 7
   
   
2. Sharing your subscription with anyone else, or using it on more than 2 of your own computers, is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN.
   
   
3. Any abuse of your subscription that causes excessive bandwidth or usage as determined by us, is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN.
   
   
4. By using XPlaneUpdate, you take COMPLETE RESPONSIBILITY for it's use and any consequential (tho unlikely) damages to your computer or X-System.
   
   
5. If you have any kind of billing issue that results in a chargeback, we have the right to terminate your subscription or bill you for reasonable fees.

Any person found in violation of these terms of service will:

1. Immediately have their subscription terminated, with no recourse.
   
   
2. Be blocked from future use
   
   
3. If warranted, be investigated and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law
